Our Daily Living Skills Area offer a safe and imaginative space where children can develop daily living skills through adult-led group activities, using real-life equipment and situations.
How We Build Daily Living Skills
We create daily living skill goals for each child and develop a personalized treatment plan.
We furnish our Daily Living Skills Area with equipment and supplies (including laundry machines and microwaves) for hands-on learning.
We teach children how to navigate self-care and household skills, individually and in groups.
We show children how to navigate community resources and complete tasks including shopping and money handling.
