Marc Spooner joined Cortica in 2022 with over 20 years of experience working with health plans and health care service organizations. In his role, he is responsible for Cortica’s strategy, payer negotiation, and analytics function, including the development of the organization’s adoption of value-based contracting. Prior to joining Cortica, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Point32Health, the health plan formed by the merger of Tufts Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in the New England market. He was previously Executive Vice President of Commercial and Government Products at Tufts Health Plan and formerly led their Health Care Services function, with responsibility for provider contracting, pharmacy, and clinical operations. Marc received an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Duke University.
