Jair Yepez Torres is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 8 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and their families. Jair obtained his Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Psychology from Queens College, NY, where he also completed his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently, Jair is on the path to obtaining his Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jair’s special areas of research include verbal behavior, instructional design, behavior skills training, and sports performance. In these past years, Jair has been a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), New York State Behavior Analysis (NYSABA), and the Behavior Analysis in Health, Sport, and Fitness Significant Group (HSFSIG). Recently, Jair has been awarded the HSF research grant to aid the completion of his research dissertation project. Jair is a firm believer in the positive effects that behavior analytic principles can have on people and the importance of collaboration with other fields to further help families.
