Crystel Malek is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience specializing in autism and developmental disorders. Her approach emphasizes inclusivity and respect for neurodiversity, focusing on strategies that empower children with autism and their families to thrive. Crystel is dedicated to collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that each child’s needs are met with tailored care.
In her leadership roles as Supervisor at ACES and Director of Intensive Services at Stars Therapy Services, Crystel managed ABA programs for children with autism, oversaw teams, conducted assessments, and led parent training sessions. She excels in applying evidence-based interventions, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing staff mentorship to enhance service delivery.
Crystel holds a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and is fluent in English and is professionally proficient in Arabic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, traveling internationally, and exploring new restaurants.
